Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Sightline" refers to the intelligence service operated by MyBuvo Ltd
• "Partnership" refers to the commercial engagement between MyBuvo Ltd and the client
• "Intelligence Materials" refers to briefings, reports, and analysis delivered under the service
• "Briefing" refers to the initial consultation between Sightline and a prospective partner

2. Service description

Sightline provides sector-specific intelligence briefings to UK professional services firms. The service includes prospect research across seven intelligence lenses, delivered as structured briefings with human verification.

Sightline is an intelligence service, not a software product. Deliverables are tailored to each partner's sector and requirements.

3. Engagement terms

• All partnerships begin with a private briefing to assess mutual fit
• Minimum engagement period: 3 months from commencement date
• Service tier and scope are confirmed in a separate engagement letter
• Founding Partner engagements transition to standard pricing at month 4

4. Intellectual property

• Intelligence Materials are licensed to the partner for internal business use only
• Partners may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share Intelligence Materials without written consent
• Sightline retains all rights to its methodology, processes, and analytical frameworks
• Client data provided to Sightline remains the property of the client

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information with reasonable care. Confidential information includes Intelligence Materials, client data, commercial terms, and proprietary methodology.

Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulation.

6. Payment

• Fees are invoiced monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT
• Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate

7. Limitation of liability

Intelligence Materials are provided for informational purposes to support business decisions. Sightline does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from the use of its service.

The total liability of MyBuvo Ltd under or in connection with the partnership shall not exceed the fees paid by the partner in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

• After the minimum term, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
• Either party may terminate immediately if the other commits a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice
• On termination, Sightline will deliver any outstanding Intelligence Materials for the paid period
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

9. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of England and Wales
• MyBuvo Ltd may update these terms with 30 days' notice to active partners
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
